What we collect, and why

We do not use advertising or analytics trackers. We do not sell personal data.

Payment details

You enter them in the payment form of our reseller Paddle, which opens on our payment page. Paddle collects your payment details, e-mail, country and the information needed for tax, under its own privacy notice. We never receive your card number.

Who else handles data for us

Paddle.com — reseller and Merchant of Record: checkout, payment, tax, refunds, buyer support for payments.
Resend — sends our automatic e-mails (download link, notices). Only if e-mail delivery is switched on.
Cloudflare — domain name services.
Fly.io — runs the site and stores the order records on a persistent encrypted volume.
Cloudflare R2 — verified copies of the order database in a private bucket, encrypted at rest by the provider. Our application does not encrypt them today; the encryption at rest is provided by the storage provider.
Google Workspace — our support mailbox (when you write to us).

Some of these companies process data outside Brazil and outside your country.

Backups

The order database is copied automatically every hour. Up to 48 completed local copies are kept, and verified copies are also stored in a private Cloudflare R2 bucket. Production copies in Cloudflare R2 are scheduled to expire after 30 days. The storage provider processes expired copies separately, typically within an additional 24 hours. If we remove information from the active database, it may remain in isolated backup copies until they expire. Before using a restored copy, we reapply previously accepted deletion requests. We do not promise immediate removal from every backup.

Your rights

You can ask for access, correction or deletion of your data, or to stop receiving our e-mails, by writing to support@lumberwise.app with your order number. Some records must be kept for tax and accounting reasons (Brazil's LGPD and the law of your country apply). Payment data held by the payment provider is handled under its own notice.

Security

Download links are random and long. Anyone who has an order's payment-page address can view the plan, dimensions, price, order number and information about whether the order is closed, so keep that address private. The purchase-status page uses an order cookie to protect its detailed status and download link. Payment notifications are verified by signature, and access to stored order data is restricted to the company and its service providers.
