Questions
What exactly do I get?
One PDF plan for the size you typed: the cut list, how to cut each board and sheet (saw kerf included), a shopping list with estimated prices, the hardware, and every step with its own drawing. Nothing physical is shipped.
Can I change the size after buying?
The PDF is calculated for the size you bought; a different size is a new plan. If you typed a wrong size by mistake, ask for a refund for the original order within 30 days. You can place a new order with the correct dimensions. See the Refund Policy.
How much does it cost?
A paid PDF plan costs the price shown on the plan page plus applicable tax for one PDF at your selected dimensions. It is a one-time purchase. The total is shown at checkout before you pay.
Can I get a refund?
You can ask for a full refund for up to 30 days after your purchase. You do not need to give a reason. Contact support@lumberwise.app with your Lumberwise order number if you have it, your payment receipt reference, or the email address used for your purchase. See the Refund Policy for details.
Inches or centimetres?
Either. The plan prints the exact size it was calculated for.
How long can I download it?
For 15 days after payment confirmation. Download and keep your own copy. You can continue using the saved PDF after the link expires. The refund-request period is separately 30 days.
I lost my link.
While your 15-day link is still valid, if you gave your e-mail on the plan page before payment, ask for it again. Otherwise write to support@lumberwise.app with your order number if you have it, your payment receipt reference, or the email address used for your purchase.
I paid but the page still says "waiting".
Your plan unlocks when the payment provider confirms the payment to us. Some payment methods take longer. The order page checks by itself; if it takes more than a day, write to support with your order number.
Are the lumber prices exact?
No. They are estimates from one US store on the date printed in the plan.
Is the plan safe to build?
It is calculated by software, checked by automated tests and an independent review. You are responsible for measuring your materials and using your tools as their makers instruct. If a plan says something is required (for example anchoring), building it includes doing it.
Who processes my payment?
Paddle.com, our online reseller and Merchant of Record. We never see your card.
